11/19: Meet Jimmy Hart in Winchester

This Saturday, you can meet “The Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Squared Circle Collectibles at 3343 Valley Pike in Winchester, VA.

On March 1, 1986, the Slammy Awards kicked off with the first edition at The Baltimore Civic Center as a way to promote The Wrestling Album.

Jimmy Hart was nominated for Best Single Performer, but lost to Junkyard Dog. Nikolai Volkoff, who later lived in the Baltimore area also was nominated.
