3/11: MCW Break Through Results
Saturday night, MCW Pro Wrestling held Break Through at the R.J. Meyer Arena in Joppa, MD.
Here are the results:
Ryan Mooney defeated Adonis Valerio.
Lor Diaz and Diego Cruz defeated Amir Heathen and Nikita.
Cash Carter of Team Spriggs was acommpanied to the ring by a dapper TIm Spriggs in a suit and tie. He and The Thriller JTS, who has a Michael Jackson-based gimmick, started with dance contest before Carter attacked him mid-dance. Carter got the win.
Hyena Hexx and Jay Charro wrestled in the next match. Hyena Hexx emerged victorious.
The next match was a battle royal that appeared to be won by Mur Mur, but Hellfire McGuire slipped into the ring from wherever he had been hiding and ended up throwing Mur Mur over the top rope for the victory. I suspect he slipped under the bottom ropes and hid under the ring - as we learned last year with Mary Beth Jacobs hiding in a box under the ring that you can stay under there a while undetected.

After that, Reno and Ykies faced Adonis Cole of Team Spriggs in a 2-on-1 match. Cole made light work of the opponents.
Brandon Scott defeated Chulo Montana in the last match before the intermission.
After an intermission, The Hype came to the ring accompanied by Tim Spriggs. He warned them if they didn’t win their match, they’d be gone. They faced The Sigma Males - Steven Fuerte and Sigma in Training Austin Kingsley V. They Hype got the victory thanks in part to one of them spitting in the face of Fuerte. Team Spriggs was 3-0 for the evening.
Following that match, MCW Women’s Champion Gia Scott took on Portia in a non-title match. Gia Scott got the win in a hard-fought match.
In tag team action, Tommy Seto & Zakar Shah of THe Trade got in the ring with Black Magic - Mason Walls and Tony Macko. Thanks to a lot of shenanigans behind the ref’s back including a low blow, Seto and Shakar got the victory.
In the next match, Jadis Quinn defeated Jeff Gainz.
In another tag team match, “Miami” Mike Walker and Hellfire McGuire were defeated by Mur Mur and Techno.
In the main event (a non-title match), MCW Heavyweight Champion Robert Locke came out first with all of the members of The Trade with him. Then his opponent Ryan Zukko came out with Ronnie Zukko. Locke proceeded to cut a great promo on Zukko who took the mic and responded with one of his own. He asked Locke if he wanted to make it a no disqualification match and the champion agreed. Locke told the rest of the members of The Trade, except Portia who he insulted, to take the night off.
The match itself included chairs, stop signs, garbage cans, a kendo stick, and the ring bell along with the hammer being used as weapons. Ronnie Zukko got taken out by Locke at one point and Locke accidentally took out Portia and she was picked up and carried to the back. There were plenty of near falls and false finishes and near the end as the pair grappled on the top turnbuckle, Locke ended up going through the ring announcer and timekeeper’s table. Zukko was bleeding from his arm at one point and the blood ended up dripping onto his white ring gear. Locke ended up getting the win while putting Zukko over bigtime.
Brandon defeated Chulo Montana - went back and updated the post.
Thanks for your comment pointing it out - it was a miss as I went through my tweets from the events writing down the matches in this post.
