DMV Wrestling News turns four on Friday.
I launched the site on September 25, 2022, because I wanted to do a better job keeping up with professional wrestling around the region. There were plenty of shows, results, announcements, and stories, but not always one reliable place to find them.
The site has grown a lot since then. DMV Wrestling News now covers Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
A big part of that has been getting out to shows. I have covered independent events throughout the region, along with shows from New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), Major League Wrestling (MLW), and the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA).
There have been thousands of stories, results, event listings, and newsletters over the past four years. Some weeks have been busier than others, but the site has kept moving.
A lot of people have helped with that.
