EWA Evolution Results fron 8/8
Eastern Wrestling Alliance (EWA) held Evolution 2026 on Saturday, August 8, in Bel Air, Maryland. Results are below.
The triple threat match between Bradley Henderson, Eddie Blas and The Lemon Guy was thrown out after Michael Anthony and JMD attacked Blas and The Lemon Guy. Anthony then offered Henderson membership in The Gold Standard, but Henderson and JMD nearly came to blows.
The Lemon Guy, who also works as a referee, served as the official for every match that followed his appearance in the appetizer match.
Cory Bush and Odir Antonio Sorto Jr. defeated JMD and Michael Anthony when Bush pinned JMD after the Weight of the World splash. Stelman Maguire joined his Gold Standard teammates in attacking Bush and Sorto after the match before Kamen MK and Jarrel Jonas made the save.
EWA Cruiserweight Champion Stelman Maguire retained the title against Jarrel Jonas and Kamen MK in a triple threat match. Bradley Henderson interfered to help Maguire before announcing that he had joined The Gold Standard.
Shane Stay and Tyler Moore defeated EWA Tag Team Champions Maryland’s Most Dangerous (Hero Napier and JB Anderson), Pure Ignorance (Chaz Evans and Prince Mackavelli), and James Frederick and The Shade in a hardcore four-way match to win the EWA Tag Team Championship. A miscommunication involving Pure Ignorance’s brass knuckles allowed Stay and Moore to score the pin.
EWA Maryland Champion TMHK retained the title against George LaFleur and Oldman Youngboy in a triple threat match. TMHK struck Oldman Youngboy with the championship belt behind the referee’s back before scoring the pin.
AJB, Chris Idol and Noah Idol defeated Derek Stroman, Johnny Laing and John Berg. Chris Idol pinned Laing with a roll-up.
Jesse O’Ryan defeated Eel O’Neal after hitting him with a low blow before scoring the pin.
Syler Mason defeated Christopher Andino to win the EWA Heavyweight Championship for the second time, ending Andino’s 323-day reign. Mason hit three consecutive AAs before scoring the pin in less than two minutes.
