Jay Briscoe's Funeral Arrangements

Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home in Laurel, DE has announced the funeral arrangements for Jamin Pugh (a.k.a. Jay Briscoe).

A visitation will be held from 12pm-1pm on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at the Laurel High School Gymnasium, 1133 S. Central Ave, Laurel, Delaware 19956. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm at the High School. Reverend Tim Dukes will officiate. Interment will be private.

The Pugh family is asking that, in lieu of flowers, donations be given in Jamin Pugh’s honor to Support for the Ternahan Children. Their mother Lillyanne was also killed in the accident that took Jamin Pugh’s life.

A candlelight vigil was held Wedesday night.
