Keo Vandu Appears on AEW Dynamite

Regional independent wrestler DK Vandu (aka Keo Vandu) appeared on AEW Dynamite on Wednesday night in Richmond, Virginia, facing Andrade El Idolo in singles action.

Vandu, who has competed for promotions in the region, got a national television opportunity at the Siegel Center as part of AEW’s live TBS broadcast.

Andrade entered the match without Don Callis at ringside. Before the bell, Andrade stopped for a selfie with a fan in the crowd before turning his attention to Vandu.

Vandu tried to lock up with Andrade early, but Andrade quickly took control. Andrade escaped a waistlock with a back elbow that sent Vandu to the mat. He followed with a feigned boot into a spinning back elbow.

Andrade pulled Vandu up before the three-count, then hit The DM to finish the match.
