In a MCW Tag Team Title Two-On-One Handicap Match, The Devil's Business (AK Baine & Clay Jacobs) (w/ Amara Voyd) defeated Ryan Zukko (w/ Ronnie Zukko) to become the new MCW Tag Team Champions.

Reggie Collins picked up a singles match win against Yoscifer.

MCW Women's Champion Gia Scott successfully defended her title by defeating Ava Everett.

Mike Walker & Tommy Dreamer won their tag team match against The Mecca (Brian Johnson) & Hellfire McGuire by disqualification.

In an Extreme Tag Team Match, The Mecca Brian Johnson (Brian Johnson) & Hellfire McGuire rebounded from their earlier loss to defeat Mike Walker & Tommy Dreamer.

A match between Spencer Slade and Alec Odin ended in a double disqualification.

MCW Rage Television Champion Alex Divine retained his title with a win over LSG.

In an Eight-Man Tag Team Match, The Helm (Drew Blackwood & Tyler Root), Bill Bain & Fenix Fury defeated The Dolomac Dojo (Chukwu, Ghost & Reno) & Tony Macko.

In the main event, MCW Heavyweight Champion Joseph Keys (w/ Dante Caballero, Sponge & Teddy) successfully defended his championship by defeating Ken Dixon.
