More details released in fatal Briscoe accident

Delaware State Police have released more details in the fatal accident that killed Jay Briscoe (Jamin Pugh) Tuesday in Laurel, DE.

The accident was a head-on collision and the driver of the other vehicle crossed over into Briscoe’s lane. Both drivers were killed while both of Jay Briscoe’s daughters were taken by ambulance to the hospital where they were in critical condition.

Ashley Pugh posted a prayer request to Facebook overnight when one of her daughters was going into surgery and the other was resting.
