New AXW Champion Crowned Saturday

Saturday night, AXW held its Summer Vacation event in Orwigsburg, PA.
In the Opportunity Battle Royal, O’Shay Edwards won and earned a chance at any AXW Championship at any time.
Matt Quay defeated David Goldy to retain the AXW Championship, due to an injury to Goldy.
Edwards took his opportunity to challenge Quay then and there in Orwigsburg and came out on top as the new champion.
Edwards is now champion for AXW, OWA, and Catalyst. There were a lot of unhappy fans afterward and complaints of cheating. I didn’t see the show because I attended another one in Maryland, and AXW hasn’t posted any even results that I could find.
