As the photograph above indicates, there is a new Next Up Pro Champion and his name is Eel O’Neal. O’Neal defeated Wes Rogers in a qualifying match Saturday night at The FIGHT Before Christmas! in Hampton, VA. He then went on to win the Fatal Four Way Match for the vacant championship.
