Federated Wrestling Alliance (FWA) returned to The State Theater on Sunday, February 2 for Dominion 4, bringing a night of competitive matches, surprises, and heated rivalries.
The event opened with Griffin McCoy taking on Brando Lee in a back-and-forth match. McCoy came out on top in what was a strong showing from both wrestlers.
Ivy Malibu picked up a win over Adrianna, but after the match, the lights suddenly went out. When they came back on, Mother Endless appeared, making her presence felt.
A scheduled match between Ora Lucha and Hector El Toro was cut short when Mr. Miller interrupted. Before Ora Lucha and El Toro could react, they were ambushed by Mr. Grim and Hero Napier, leaving them laid out.
Boom Harden faced off against Troy Parker and picked up a hard-earned win.
Post Game made quick work of a debuting tag team, but after the match, The Rapture, Richard Adonis and Jay Sky, confronted them, hinting at a future showdown.
Ruthless Lala and Sammi Chaos took on Gia Scott and Marcus Marquee, the latter making a surprise appearance as Scott’s mystery partner. Lala pinned Marquee for the win, but after the match, things got out of control, with Lala chasing Scott while Marquee went after Chaos.
The Rep and Prolific continued their ongoing rivalry when Tyree Taylor faced Dave McCall. McCall picked up the win after interference from Marcus Marquee, leading to an announcement that the two teams will settle things in Theater Warfare next month.
During the contract signing, Will Ferrara and The Syndicate oversaw the agreement between JB Anderson and Anthraxx. Things quickly got physical, with both men fighting in the ring and using chairs and a door before being separated.
Matt Quay picked up a win over Curt Robinson, but after the match, Robinson and Austin Kingsley attacked him. Boom Harden ran in to make the save, chasing off the attackers.
Oxx Adams made quick work of RJ Carnage, securing a dominant win.
A no count-out match between Keo Vandu and Rayo took them all over The State Theater, including through the crowd and into the bar. After the referee was taken out, the match ended in confusion, with two different officials giving conflicting calls on the winner. General Manager Will Ferrara stepped in, but before he could sort things out, The Syndicate attacked both competitors. Ferrara then announced that Vandu and Rayo would team up to face The Syndicate on March 2.
Riley Krowe defeated Zenith, but the finish was unusual. The referee was taken out, and when another official did not arrive in time, FWA Commissioner Theo Ivory stepped in and counted the pinfall.
In the final match of the night, Jarrett Diaz defeated Techno and then grabbed a microphone to call himself the top guy in FWA. His celebration did not last long, as Griffin McCoy came to the ring and confronted him, setting up what could be a future clash.
