MCW Pro Wrestling held Higher Ground at the RJ Meyer Arena in Joppa, Maryland, on Saturday, June 14, 2025. It was a packed house with seats filling all the space availabile in the arena. The results are below.
Chris Slade and Alex Divine defeated Danny Grandview and Dustin Waller.
Amara Voyd defeated Tina San Antonio to retain the MCW Women’s Championship.
Mecca made Jadis Quinn tap out in singles competition.
Spencer Slade made Tony Macko tap out. After the match, members of the Dolomac Dojo attacked Slade until he turned the tables on them. Patrick Clark then hit a top-rope move on Slade.
A segment aired with Amy Rose interviewing MCW legend Ryan McBride, who talked about enjoying retirement with his son. Danny Grandview interrupted and ran his mouth, leading to McBride attacking him. It remains unclear whether this signals a return to the ring for McBride or a one-off appearance.
The Devil's Business defeated Ryan Zukko and Khaz Lee to retain the MCW Tag Team Championship. After the match, the lights went out and a mysterious video played, leading to the overhyped return of Ronnie Zukko. He joined Khaz Lee and his kayfabe son Ryan Zukko in attacking the champions.
Alec Odin defeated Brandon Scott to retain the MCW Rage Television Championship.
Entitled Inc. won a fatal four-way tag team match over the All Naturalz, Nice and Smooth, and Fenix Fury & Nikita. After the match, James Ellsworth and Aristote attacked Jeff Gainz. Acting General Manager Tara Meyer announced a mixed six-person tag team match for July in Dundalk, with Ellsworth and Simone Valentina as members of opposing teams.
Matt Riddle defeated Brad Baylor and Miami Mike Walker in a triple threat match by pinning Baylor. Intermission was after this match to allow time for the steel cage to be built for the main event.
In the main event, Joe Keys defeated Ken Dixon in a steel cage match to retain the MCW Heavyweight Championship. Despite the cage stipulation, The Hustlers and Dante Caballero interfered, and Patrick Clark attacked Dixon. Spencer Slade then returned and got revenge on Clark. Keys ultimately retained the title through interference. After the match, Matt Riddle cleared the ring. Acting GM Tara Meyer then announced that Riddle will face Keys for the MCW Heavyweight Championship in July in Dundalk.
