In the first Dirty Money Cup semifinal, Joe Keys and Greek God Papadon faced Chris Slade and Breaux Keller. The match ended in a double pin when Keller and Slade jumped from the top rope onto Keys and Papadon.
Cassius "Cash" Carter interrupted to introduce Commander King, who was accompanied by Big AC. Commander King and Alex Divine took on The Reason (with The Director) and Brandon Scott in the second Dirty Money Cup semifinal. The Reason pinned Divine for the victory.
Hyena Hera faced Erica Leigh, with Hyena tapping out. After the match, Hyena attacked Erica and got the best of several security guards who intervened to restrain her.
The Delinquents and Saul Esparza (with Neil Sharkey) went up against Tim Spriggs, Boar, and Devantes, with Devantes pinning Saul Esparza.
After intermission, the family of Dirty Money addressed the crowd.
Before the Dirty Money Cup Finals, Logan Easton Laroux was introduced to present the eventual winner with the Dirty Money Cup gold chain. The final match, a four-way, featured The Reason, Breaux Keller, Chris Slade, and Brandon Scott.
During the match, The Director interfered with a low blow on Brandon Scott. Dirty Money’s nephew then entered, confronted The Director, and attacked him. The Reason joined the fray, prompting Logan Easton Laroux to step in from ringside to get the save. This left Breaux Keller and Chris Slade to battle it out, with Chris Slade ultimately winning the match. After the match, Dirty Money's nephew, son, and widow came to the ring. The crowd chanted "Dirty Money" as Chris Slade took the microphone to speak.
In the main event, Rex Lawless faced TNA World Heavyweight Champion Nic Nemeth. At one point, Tim Loulie interrupted, only to be beaten down. This was a hard-hitting match that spilled over to ringside as Rex Lawless went after TV commentator Jason Heat. Nemeth ultimately got the pin to retain the TNA Championship.
