Nikita Koloff was introduced this week as the latest guest who will be in attendance at Baltimore Celebfest 6 Super Show on February 5, 2023 in Westminster, MD. Other guests announced were AEW’s Ashley D’Amboise and Hollywood (from the original G.L.O.W.)

Nikita Koloff is 63 years old and wrestled from 1984-1992, primarily in Jim Crockett Promotions and the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). He played college football with Road Warrior Animal, who talked him into wrestling instead of trying out for the USFL.

His nickname was “The Russian Nightmare” and he teamed with his “uncle” Ivan Koloff and with Don Kernodle and Krusher Kruschev. He was involved in a hot feud with Magnum T.A. that ended when Magnum was involved in a car crash that ended his in-ring career.

Koloff then turned face and teamed with Dusty Rhodes and then was involved in a feud with Ric Flair and The Four Horsement.

On April 11, 1987 at The Baltimore Arena, Koloff and Rhodes defeated Tully Blanchard and Lex Luger to win the second annual Crockett Cup, shown in the video below.

Koloff retired in 1992 after being injured in a match with Van Vader.
