Adam Ugly (legal name: Adam Wendell Lee) is now a convicted Peeping Tom.
At his court date yesterday in Queen Anne’s County, Lee pleaded guilty to one count of Peeping Tom, which could’ve carried up to a year in prison. Judge Joseph Riley sentenced him to 30 days which were suspended. Lee will be on unsupervised probation for three years. The specific count he pleaded guilty to does not require registering for the Sex Offender Registry.
As I noted before, Adam Ugly would have faced years in prison for the 12 counts of Peeping Tom, Visual Surveillance with Prurient Intent, and any other charges.
