Vincent "Vince Steele" Rosa, an independent wrestler known as "The Jurassic Juggernaut," passed away unexpectedly on March 16 during a match in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. In response, his family has launched a GoFundMe campaign to assist with funeral expenses and support his children.
The wrestling community has come together in support, with several wrestlers making donations, including Deonna Purrazzo and her husband, Steve Maclin, Notorious Mimi, J.C. Ryder, Tony Nese, Anthony Gangone, Alyssa Marino, and Joey Image. Many others have also contributed, and Gangone has actively shared the fundraiser to encourage further support. As of now, the campaign has raised more than $8,000 from over 100 donors.
Steele’s sister, Noelle Rosa, organized the fundraiser, expressing the family's grief and emphasizing his love for professional wrestling. She noted that Steele passed while doing what he loved and appealed for contributions to help his children honor his memory.
Fans, friends, and fellow wrestlers can contribute to the fundraiser here.
