Jimmy’s Famous Seafood has become the place in Baltimore for athletes and pro wrestlers to visit when they are in Baltimore.

This weekend, the south Baltimore restaurant had a visit from AEW’s Miro, formerly known as Rusev when he was in WWE. Miro is in town for Baltimore Celebfest 5. The grapper is pictured above in a photograph from Jimmy’s on Facebook.

The restaurant sponsors MCW Wrestling and its president, John Mindanakis, has wrestled at multiple MCW events as his alter ego Johnny Crabcakes. While he was signing autographs at MCW Autumn Armageddon last night, Bobby Fish was wearing a t-shirt from the restaurant. In last week’s episode of Kliq This, Kevin Nash and his co-host Sean Oliver talked about the restaurant’s famous crabcakes.

If you read anything about Baltimore wrestling history, you’ll also find out that the big hangout for wrestlers back in the day when they came to town for events at The Baltimore Arena was Sabatino’s in Little Italy (I’ll have more on that later.) Jimmy’s has moved into that role in recent years.
